Construction Manager / Contractor’s Representative
This leadership role will oversee overall project execution, ensuring alignment with design, safety, and quality standards. Candidates should have a strong background in civil or mining engineering, along with extensive experience managing large-scale mining construction projects.
Production Managers
They are hiring three specialized Production Managers to lead different areas of the operation:
- Underground Development Manager – Focused on tunneling, excavation, ventilation, and underground systems.
- Processing Plant Manager – Responsible for plant construction including crushing, grinding, and beneficiation systems.
- Infrastructure Manager – Overseeing roads, power supply, water systems, and site facilities.
Each role requires hands-on experience in mining environments and the ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary teams.
Health & Safety Leadership
Safety is at the core of their operations. They are seeking:
- Health & Safety Manager (HSE Director) – A senior professional with certifications such as NEBOSH or SAMTRAC and a proven track record in mining project safety leadership.
- Health & Safety Officers – Practitioners with practical site experience and strong knowledge of safety compliance.
Environmental & Social Specialists
- Environmental Management Officer – Responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and implementing sustainable practices.
- Social Management Officer – Focused on community engagement, stakeholder relations, and social responsibility initiatives.
